The price includes VAT of 13% – the price list is valid from April 1, 2022.
The price refers to a night’s stay and a total of 4-6 people.
Children up to 12 years old do not pay residence tax, and from 12-18 years old they pay 50% reduced
Tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price.
The lessor is subject to paying VAT in accordance with Article 22 of the VAT Act.
The amount of the agreed number of nights is to be paid immediately upon arrival on the first day of accommodation use; otherwise, the host will retain the guest’s personal document (passport, ID card, etc.) until the debt is settled.
