Our story
The holiday home Toni & Petar is located in Gradiščak, a small village in the north of Međimurje.
With a background in building wooden houses throughout Croatia, we decided to translate our love for construction into a holiday home so that we could share all the beauty of wooden houses with all our guests.
After searching for the ideal location, we decided on Gradiščak, a small village located in the immediate vicinity of the Terme Sveti Martin. Tourism here lasts 365 days a year, and with our offer we wanted to become part of the tourist story of Međimurje.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and terrace.

What kind of rooms do you have?
The house contains two smaller bedrooms with beds measuring 120×200 cm and one large room with a double bed 180×200. Each bedroom has TV and kodi player, IPTV, flat internet). Number of beds 4+2 (max. 6 persons).
Do you have parking?
Yes, there is free parking for 4 cars within the building.
Do you have heating / cooling?
The house has 3 air conditioners, a pellet stove, radiators and underfloor heating.
What additional facilities do you offer?
Additional content in the house are an infrared sauna of the Bali Xl brand, a Jacuzzi of the Mars brand for 3 people, a relaxation area.
What is in the kitchen?
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, large refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.
When is check-in / check-out?
Check-in is possible from 2 p.m., while check-out is until 11 a.m.
